Hi, There is a lot of thing that need to be controlled. You may be over compressing the pad in the item try lighting up on the pressure. Try printing on a flat surface if it is clear then you may need to make your image smaller. You etch depth may be too deep. Try exposing your screen longer or not washing your plate as much. Your ink may be too wet try running your machine slower. Hope this helps Frank | ||
