Hi Bill, Thank you for the advice and feedback. With our specific needs and limitations, I think a manual is the way to go. Once we get the business up and going (read volume up), we will be able to look at other options. Oddly enough, I feel we have run into a good number of honest people during our foray into the pad printing world. I have been very impressed with (and appreciative of) the guidance and feedback we have gotten from any number of folks. Also, thank you for the kind words about our business. To be honest, it has already been a success emotionally for us as we know of a number of cases where the system has positively impacted kids and their families. Hopefully we can continue to improve and expand the charms, and make it a sustainable business venture as well. Cheers, Ken | ||
