There's a reason you can buy Printa units very cheap. If you do a search on this board you'll find lots of posts steering you away from any manual printer, but it depends on your needs and skills. Unless you really understand all of the variables of the printing process, it's hard to obtain consistency with a manual. Lack of consistency makes learning more difficult. I agree with other posts on the quality of Maribu TP inks, but caution that the quicker drying inks can be difficult to use on a manual printer. Your run numbers are probably too low to job these out so buying a manual may be the way to go for you. Used ones are selling cheap (ebay) so get your best deal and ask WHY they are selling (you never know, they may be honest people).
