  Hi Dan,

We have decided to go with the Printa system. It seems to be a very good product, and can be expanded for screen printing or two colors. I have no experience in the business. So, I have to hope this is a good decision! I know it will do a good job printing for our therapy tool. I just have no idea what to expect from the promo products market. We live in a relatively small college town and there are no other pad printers that do the work locally. So, I think we could get a bit of small run business. We shall see.

Thanks for the advice on the ink. Does the ink need to be heat cured? We really need the ink to be rugged as the parts will be handled by autistic kids.

I realize there will be a significant learning curve and we will have to get over that hump. However, I know that I am a complete beginner, and am willing to ask questions and listen to those with experience. Sometimes knowing what you do not know is the most important part. I also have to say that the people I have talked to in the field have all been exceptionally friendly and helpful. So, it is onward and upward.

Thanks again,
Ken
