Hi, Often big problems require simple or obvious solutions. There are so many variables it could be but, are you putting the doctor blade in correctly? The side of the Doctor blade with what looks like a shapened edge is the right side of the blade to contact the plate, however, the sharpened part faces AWAY from the plate. Basicly, the sharpened part isn't the part that scrapes the ink, it is the back of the sharpened side. Maybee this solves the problem. Ed | ||
