Hi Ken, I started my pad printing company with the old open well version of the SPC-100. It is a great machine. I suggest starting up with alcohol wash plates vs the water wash that come with All American's kit. AW plates are easier to control. Also ask for TPR ink instead of the TPU. TPR seems to work on a wider variety of materials. If you know exatly what matierial you will be printing, they can suggest the right ink series. I have heard good things about the Printa system, but I have never used one. I do like the idea that it can convert to screen printing. Search this forum, and you will find many references.
