hi all, ive read though almost all the forums and found alot of info unfortunately too late I bought a model m-printer off ebay it looks like a old press a print but realy not sure what it is. so I called pap for supplies and they want 10,000 for me to transfer membership (franchise fee) im just a screen printer that turns down small run jobs because I don’t have equipment I read about the imprintor before I bought and thought not a good idea but this one wouldn’t be bad so I got it really cheap! I found inks I found plates I have 2 squeeges (I think that’s what there called) with steel blades in them, it also came with a frame that holds the plate so I can use my screen printing exposure unit. It came with several old plates already made and a new pad so im trying it out with poor results I cant seem to keep the ink in the template it gets every ware and smears all over the plate so im thinking blades? also I would love to find ink well liners because well it’s a mess and im wasting ink like its water also can I use the imprintor inks and supplies with this unit there plates seem really reasonable Thanks for any help tj and ill keep reading on! | ||
