Hi All, I have not charged rush fees in the past, since I have been able to meet most customers' needs without killing myself. Times are changing and I thinking about starting to charge for rush orders. I have read some posts in the screen printing forums, but I was curious to get some input from my fellow pad printers. Do you use a percentage of the order, a flat rate, or a per piece additional charge? Thanks Ya'll, Dan | |
