My apology to Sign Warehouse, I confused it with GBC Sign Warehouse. I purchased a plotter and software for it to run with my Mac from GBC Sign Warehouse. I was promised a year of free, toll free support with the purchase. When I called with a problem with the software, their tech guy simply said "we don't know anything about Macs, so we can't help you. I told him that part of my reason for purchasing from them would be for the support if I needed it, and they should not have sold the product unless they could support since they advertised the support. Still no help. I eventually wrote to the company and told them when they put positive testimonials in their ads about their company, they should add my experience to the ad also. Someone eventually called to see what the problem was. I described the problem and asked what he was going to do to resolve the problem, and he answered "nothing, I just wanted to see what the problem was". I just feel the folks are jerks, will say/promise anything for a sale, and then leave you hanging when you need help. Just wanted to vent a little. Again, my apology to Sign Warehouse, but beware of GBC Sign Warehouse. Sorry for the delay in responding, but I haven't been on this forum for a while. [Edited on 6/28/08 by t-body] | ||
