I recently purchased an encad 700 with ilford ripstar 5.5 and onyx postershop 5.6 rip software. Rebuilt the printer and it works great. Software is giving me a headache. I have it a pc running XP. Ripstar does it's job then while printing gives me an error about the hardware key, halts the printing and shuts down the program. Postershop will begin ripping the image but begins sending the job to the que over and over again, creating multiple copies of the same file. It doesn't stop doing this until I stop it myself. The job never makes it to the printer. I hope someone out there has a fix for this cause I really need to get this going. Have lots of work already lined up for the printer.
