I have built my own vacuum exposure table and am in the process of making it "prettier", I used a 1000W metal halide light I picked up and can burn 1 pot screens in about 2-3 minutes. Before you go and buy a bunch of flourescent UV bulbs, add the cost of 6 or 8 bulbs and fixtures together, and compare to a 400w or 1000w MH parking lot light off Ebay (around $350 more or less, if memory serves me).
