Crack N Peel is/was Fassons trade name for a pressure sensitive material used in offset printing that already has "cracks" or slits in the liner that when folded with crack open and allow you to remove the liner easily. (Trade names are like Kimberly Clark has a brand of facial tissue called "Kleenex" and the name kind of stuck to cover all facial tissues). A lot of companies have or do make a product like that. There are also pressure sensitives that don't already have the "crack" in them that can be used and you can score the liner yourself. A great method for small volumes is taking a small wood block and a single edge razor blade and screw it to the wood block with a point slightly over the edge. Then adjust it so that just enough blade is exposed to slit just the liner.

Tekra in your neck of the woods probably carries pressure sensitive products, and possibly a "crack n peel". You can try them at www.tekra.com.
