  No problem. Naz-Dar 5500 series is indeed flat finish poster ink. I think the gloss colors are the 6500 series...but look them up at www.nazdar.com.

There is nothing wrong with quick drying a little under a flash cure. But try to keep surface temperature at 150F or less.

Also..depending on how large or heavy these prints are, you can use cheap screen wire or old mesh stapled between 2 x 4's to make racks from. You can put them anywhere...just don't stack them until they are dry.

The solvent based inks will dry in teh screen as well. You generally can use a max of 305 mesh...and you must print fast to keep it from drying. You will find best results at between 200 and 260 mesh.
Also you will need retarder thinner to slow teh drying in teh screen.

Be sure you have the proper chemicals for clean up. Xylene/xylol or standard paint thinner will work or you can use the Naz-dar 2555 screen wash. Ray
