Hi joseph, Not sure if it's something that might help, but Powerful Papers (www.powerfulpapers.com) has a waterslide decal paper. I have some samples of it that I got at a the SGIA show a while ago and it looks promising (though I haven't tried it yet). Just another way that might achieve what you're looking for - perhaps worth contacting them for some samples. Hope it helps!
