  ok...you've both helped!
i really clean it after the job is done...many rags, both sides etc.
it's the ink inside the mesh.
that haze remover may do the trick!
thanks all....i will try my luck the way i've been going...thanks for the offer on the press.
i do have an exposure unit for sale...brand new!
