well, its my 1st post here on this site. I mainly print t-shirts, but i print vinyl stickers for bands too. ok...i have the whole sticker printing process down. the problem is cleaning the screen when i'm done. I clean it up real good immediately after i'm done. but, the screen sits for a while before i go reclaim it, giving the ink (nazdar all-purpose black) much time to dry inside the screen. i've tried reclaiming, and i get most of it. there is still enough still dried on to make for a hassle when i want to re-use the screen. these are 230 mesh aluminum...ANY TIPS? CHEMICALS? STRONGEST PAINT THINNER? THESE SCREENS HAVE SAT NOW FOR WEEKS LIKE THIS. THANK YOU, ANYBODY! SAM A. ____________________ sam arneson arneson impressions.com | ||
