i guess i should have added more info about it.

first off this is a new "invention", an outlook of being put on the market in 3-6 months. if it sells like he's projecting then this could turn into a job of printing thousands. i was told its a market for about 200,000 people nationwide.

right now they are premade molded covers for a box (is this injection? - i'll have to find out) the guy is looking into getting his own boxes/covers made to his needed dimentions.

as for a polished or flamed edges and the plastic sheet covering - i dont have a clue yet (i'll have to find out about this too). if it doesnt come with the sheet cover can i somehow clean the area before printing?

me being a textile printer, my normal charge for printing 100 shirts would be around $1.55 each for 1 color (plus screen) and thats only printing one shirt at a time. the way i came up with .50 cents was because i'll be printing 20 at a time - so i'd make $10 for pulling the squeegee one time (well twice since i'd need to clear coat).

the guy could get stickers made for $2.50 each is what i think i was told.

i dont want to cut myself short, but yet at the same time i think this could be a great source of income as the product sells nationwide - and i'm sure eventually even worldwide.

more input from others would be greatly appreciated.
