Printing ABS is pretty much a speality job, pretty tricky, things you should know.
f the plastic has not been injection molded (that small quantity, probably not) it was probably saw cut, the edges ned polished for appearance, you need to request they be hand polished, not flamed. The flame treatment causs hair line cracks around the outside edge, you wont see them until you print the white, then they appear as cobwebs.
I would use a good grade of gloss Vinyl ink and let air dry over night befor printing the Clear as Nazdar suggested.
When pricing these there are a few hidden costs you will notice, the plastic comes with a protective sheet that has to be removed, can be tricky and time consuming, after removing, do not touch the surface, handle by the edge.
I assume you know your overhead an labor rates, you will probably only use about $2.00 of ink and solvents yet you have to buy it by the quart.
Look at this as a custom job and charge for it, .50 cents wont do it. I have all the materials in inventory and would charge
100 @ $4.60 ea.
75 @ $5.50 ea.
50 @ $7.58 ea.
Know what it cost you to do it and add your profit.
Hope this helps a little.
