First off, i have never printed non-textile. and to top it off i'm brand new at textile printing. but i'm up for the challenge!! I have just been asked if I'm able to print, and if so, a quote for printing on pieces of ABS plastic (3 x 4.5 in size). This plastic will be in the weather on the front of snowmobiles, atv's, motorcyles. I contacted Nazdar for info about inks and proceedures. The plastic is black and i'm assuming the ink will be white. Nazdar recommended me using a clear coat on top as well for durability - weather proofing. The size of my (homemade) platen is 16 x 20 so i can fit & print 20 of these pieces at a time. So my quote for them was... 100+ pieces per order at .50 cents each. Any quantity below 100 will be either .75 cents or $1.00 each, not sure which yet? This will include the screen charge since i will most likely need to keep this screen to be used for reorders. My question is - what would you have quoted?? thanks | ||
