Thanks very much for those tips, Ray. I am somewhat concerned that 230 mesh would not give me the resolution that I require; I currently use a 600dpi Alps printer and near-microscopic text is one of my selling points. I want to keep as much of that detail as possible for any screen-printed decals. What type of press or table do you use? I am thinking of cobbling up a homebrew vacuum table (the prices for manufactured tables gave me sticker-shock; no pun intended) with some solid clamps and screens about 10x14 if I can find any that small. Else I will have to search for a good used table. Thanks again for your input
