How have you been checking the temps of both the flashing and curing?

The two things that are different with white ink rather than a dark ink, of course, are the need to flash, and a thicker ink layer.
Like WW-MI mentioned, the over flashing of your first hit can lead to adhesion issues, and/or the thicker layer could keep your entire deposit from curing.
