4 color process jobs get best results when printed on an Automatic press. Consistent squeegee angle, pressure, and speed are the critical aspects to getting a good print all the time.

Make sure (when you finally get to the printing of your positive films) that you go into the print properties and choose the proper angle, frequency, and shape of the halftone dots for each of the CMYK colors... to get proper combining of the colors.
