And there in lies the problem. The pallet arms have the guide bearings on them, once removed no matter how well marked you simply can not bolt them back on and expect the press to register accurately. In fact you will need a special tool that mounts to the blue Z-Bar that uses a dial indicator to locate the bearings about 2-3 thousands of an inch on center having each bearing spaced equally all the way around the entire press...even the ones you left on the press will need to be re-adjusted.

Its not a super hard process, but can be time consuming and does require a special tool that you can not purchase at any hardware store. I dont know where your located, but a local tech may perform the task, or I think you can rent the tool from M$R and have them explain the process.
