Based on what I have read it seems to me that your press is simply not "tuned" or level on one or more heads / pallets. Also Poly ink is not for normal shirts or even 50/50 blends and has very poor printing qualities for automatic press printing.

Out of curiosity, how old is this press? And, do the arms of the press have the registration guides on them, or are they mounted to the inside ring independent of the pallet arms? if they are bolted to the pallet arms, and you took the arms off to move the press then you will need to register the press using a special tool called a Z-Bar guide. Until you do, it will NEVER print in registration.
