Well, we changed our design and made the yellow the underbase. This eliminated the gradient tint section of the design BUT eliminated a color too. I also changed to a print flash print flash on the yellow and that made it much better. That may have worked on the white too but it did not seem to on the manual. p.s. Tried the white inks on a different design and it too had problems. We have thrown all the whites out to the road and bought a new gallon. It also seems to be working much better. P.s. The Union Ink was a Poly. Now we are using QCM. Speaking of Gauntlets. Now that I got my underbase under control, I am having my top colors give me a ghost (like my TV antenna it not aimed right) on all but the last color. The machine seems to shake around an awful lot but it looks like it settles dwown before it prints the colors. Also the ghost is like 1/8 to 1/4 inch off. I have wiped off the screen backs and the next print is great but the second shirt is worse and the third shirt is lousy. Any ideas? | ||
