The most obvious suggestion would be to make sure that everything is tight. Loose registration gates, especially the nylon bolt type, are a common place to start. A very slight movement there gets greatly increased at the image. Also, are your screens nice and tight? Are your shirts well adhered to the platens? Are you flashing and perhaps shrinking shirts a bit? What type of press is this? Did you get it used or new? ____________________ The Board Best Helps Those Who Help Themselves.
