first of all the correct way to print that job is underbase(1 hit) flash your top color(s) then a highlight white..once around and keep on printing.

also if you are not getting a strong enough underbase sloooooow your squeegie down on your white ink. I was having a hell of a time when we started on the auto and currently we run ours at 50psi and slow with an squeegie angle of 10 degrees.

I think that you are losing a lot of production time by 2 hits of white for a flash.
