Patty K. first of all the correct way to print that job is underbase(1 hit) flash your top color(s) then a highlight white..once around and keep on printing. also if you are not getting a strong enough underbase sloooooow your squeegie down on your white ink. I was having a hell of a time when we started on the auto and currently we run ours at 50psi and slow with an squeegie angle of 10 degrees. call me on Monday if you want to talk about his... I think that you are losing a lot of production time by 2 hits of white for a flash. talk soon Sam ____________________ Sam Wildt Operations Manager Palomar Custom Printing www.palomarprinting.com | ||
