Hey Donnie, You got a ton of suggestions here. Use a micro-loop to see the threads next to the frame. Are they lined up exactly the same? Is your art lined up to the threads EXACTLY the same? Is the mesh identical and the same age? There are different types of thread that can be used. Keep us posted if you find out what is causing this. J.R.
