Hi all you techies: This has plagued us from time to time and would like to ask for any suggestions. Here are the specifics. White HOLB ink 110 mesh 2 hits, flash, one hit, flash AP color ink 156 mesh, one hit Sometimes it will have tiny white specs where the color ink does not cover, other times it covers fine. Even on the same job, one shirt looks good, next looks good, next not good. This is on our automatic. We have played with squeege hardness, pressure and angle. Seems when we minimize the white coverage it gets better, but then the coverage suffers. Please tell me I do not have to run 2 whites. Thanks~ Patti K | |
