This is an interesting Thread of Posts.

To achieve the 22.5 degree angle, is the mesh being angled 22.5 degrees to one of the frame edges along the locking slot?

Or angling the output film to the mesh at 22.5 degrees?

Or angling the dot structure in your seperation program by 22.5 degrees, leaving you with output film that you can then align to a frame edge at a zero angle to a frame edge?

What method of checking is use to verify
that your dot structure is 22.5 degrees to a frame edge?

What type of output device and film do you use?

What sceen tension are you using in Newtons/cm; and what is the thread diameter of this 230 mesh?

Is the screen tension in Newtons measured
before you put on new emulsion? And then retensioned back up to the tension that is your standard screen tension, if the Newtons have dropped?

Is the screen tension quickly check (only in a few seconds) before you print each time if the images are being stored and then re used?

Most critically, when inserting new mesh into the frame, what method of mesh insertion is being used, to be sure that the angle of the mesh to the frame edge is always the same for every screen?

Sorry for so many questions; but trying to help diagnosis this problem that almost everyone wrestles with either too often, or just most annoyingly, every once in a while.
