| I would first make sure that they are in fact both 230s with a mesh determiner. Then I would check that the mesh is stretched square to the frame. Then I would check the tension, If the one with moire is 10 ncm or lower that would put it's actual thread count at about 210- a strong candidate for moire at that line count. I would bet that the one with moire is about a 200 mesh not a 230. 200 will moire at 50 line no matter what the angle. Please let us know what you find out. | ||
