Did You stretch the screens? Sounds like the direction of the mesh off the bolt on one screen is in a different direction on the second screen. The mesh may be 90 degree turned. I'd look closely at the mesh of the good image and then compare the mesh direction on the moire screen. If different I would wash out the bad screen, re coat it then burn it turned 90 degrees just to see if this was the problem. | ||
