  Once the "ghost" is there it will not come out. Sublimation leaves a permanent transfer on poly based materials.

Suggest to wash those shirts inside out.

It is also possible that your "ghost" existed before your wash, it just may not have obvious at the time. Always line the pressed shirt with paper inside.
