James, Steve's comments are on the money and I'll add some to those. Unless you sublimate you will have hand initially. Best thing to do is to have a sample shirt that has been washed a bit to show your customer where the finished product will "land" after washing. This usually is OK for my customers. To help a small amount with "initial hand" ... after the transfer has been peeled and still hot, stretch the shirt a bit outward in the transfer areas. For your front/back transfers .. After you press one side use a teflon sheet or parchment baking paper from the grocery store and place on the first printed side to protect the first transfer from sticking to the lower platen.
