Ink jets need a different release paper than plastisol. White ink is only available on DTG systems.

Best solution suggest to look into vinyl for short run single color names. If you buy from a place like Stahls no equipment costs and nice results. Or you can get your own cutter.

Stahls sells CAD Cut systems as well as just making the vinyl transfers and shipping to you.

Digital is not a good cost/quality effective solution for darks. And for simple graphics, short runs, and single colors vinyl is the way to go.

Could be some others here have cutters and you can contract that out to them, or use a place like Stahls.
