Thanks go to Lance for his moral support, technical expertise, and virtual hand holding as he helped me through my most recent computer snafu. I was close to panic when my security suite (Zone Alarm) beacame disabled, and also unable to be repaired or even reinstalled to fix the problem. Lance pointed out a sometimes problem between Microsoft's Malicious Software Removal Tool updates, and existing anti-virus programs. Eventually, an uninstall, and reinstall with a fresh downloaded version of ZA did the trick! I have since changed preferences to custom installs of updates.
