Re: Prodigi- MidWest Distributors I have owned a Prodigi Machine for 18 months.Mid West has stood behind the machine since we got it. We have had minor issues with the machine but through the help of James we have been able to work through them. Most issues were probably the result of virtually no prior embroidery expierence but Midwest helped us resolve them. As a new business Midwest was able to help us finance a machine when others could not. As a result we di 50K in embr.business our first year. The prodigy machines are an lower cost alternative to the higher priced machines. If money was not an object would I have bought a Prodigy... maybe not but given the same circumstances with the 18 months history I would buy one again. Rick | ||
