Hi all, Would anyone in the central Fl area (within a 75 mile radius or so) have room in your shop for a 8’x20’(including safety bars)- 6 color precision automatic press? I am looking for someone to store (and use) my press. I don’t have the space for it at this time but would love to keep it if I can. I don't mind someone using it and profiting from it at all while they save on storage for me. I thought if I cold find someone in the area who would like to use it until I can get up and going later on, that they could run it, maintain it and benefit from it. It is touted as being able to produce 500 shirts per hour (for basic spot color printing that do not require tight registration). It is driven by a chain and that press is notorious for going out of tune after so many runs. After tuning it up, you could do process printing or tight registration but after so many production runs, it starts to go out of registration again the more you use it. It’s great for large orders of 1 color prints or multi colored art that does not need tight reg. I’m looking at keeping it stored for at least 1 year. So that’s the minimum I would be able to offer it up for use. Another option (after I'm up and running), is for you to just keep it at your location and I use it as needed. If more beneficial to you, then maybe after that we'd just work something out to where you own it. Delivery would be split/worked out.
